A (classic PHP) CMS puts editors on the same machine as the application, which changes what hosting has to do: media uploads accumulate, plugin updates change the code in place, and a database backup is only half a restore. Providers marketing themselves for CMS sites often answer that with managed updates, caching in front and storage that survives a deploy. Whether they name a particular system is recorded separately as software.

102 providers market themselves for cms sites, listed alphabetically. Across 39 countries, commonest entry price $5 to $15 a month. 53 records do not record this field, and cannot appear here either way.
