Divio
Divio is a Swiss platform-as-a-service that runs Dockerised applications of any stack, deployed from git.
Docker in, Django usually.
Divio is a Swiss platform for running containerised web applications. Everything is Docker and git: the same image runs locally and in production, and the platform manages the environments, scaling and maintenance around it. Its roots are in the Django world — django CMS and Wagtail are still named alongside Django, FastAPI and Flask — but the documented stack list extends to Node, Laravel, Symfony, Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, Rails, WordPress and Drupal.
Pricing is a grid rather than a ladder: a resource tier, a support tier sold separately with its own response-time commitment, and a feature tier governing environments, backup retention and domain coverage. A trial tier is available, and the platform is ISO 27001 certified.
Worth knowing
All three pricing axes have to be chosen before a figure exists, and the pricing page does not resolve them into one. Cloud providers and regions are described only as “multiple global cloudspaces”, with no country named on the pricing page or in the documentation.
The company page dates the founding to Zurich and names the listed entity as Divio Technologies AB on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm, which puts the operating identity and the registered one in different countries.
