Nexcess sells managed cloud hosting, managed VPS and managed dedicated servers, with an application tier for WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento and Shopware stores. The operating system, patching and security hardening are on the provider’s side. Plans are sold through a conversation with sales rather than a checkout: the product pages lead with “Talk to an expert”, and the VPS page prices cPanel and Plesk as add-ons, with InterWorx included on Linux plans.
The name now covers more than one company. The launch announcement of April 2026 introduces Nexcess as the brand uniting Liquid Web’s managed hosting with the bare-metal provider Servers.com, and Liquid Web continues as “Liquid Web by Nexcess”. The data center list mixes both lineages and marks the Servers.com facilities as such.
Worth knowing
The one plan price published is the entry point on the cloud hosting page. The VPS and dedicated pages list what add-ons cost and leave the plans themselves to a quote.
