A forum can be excellent and it is a different thing from support: the people answering do not work for the provider and owe nobody a reply. For a free tier or a low-cost plan it is often the whole of what is offered, which is a reasonable trade at the price. It becomes a problem only when it is the only route and something is broken in production.

Which of these providers is best?

Hard to say without knowing the project. A free tier matters for a side project and barely at all for a shop that loses money every minute it is down. Read a few records side by side; the guide says where to start.
