Support
Recorded here are the channels a provider publishes, not how good the help is: response times are not published by anyone and could only be asserted, which is the one thing this register will not do. A phone number is the rarest channel and the most telling, because staffing one costs money in a way a help center does not, and a forum is the opposite end — real support, sometimes excellent, but the people answering do not work there and owe nobody a reply. Two related fields sit beside this on a record and are not filterable: hours, meaning when a human can be reached about a production problem on the cheapest paid plan, and tiering, meaning whether the answer changes with what is being paid.
