Cafe24

Cafe24 is a Seoul-based hosting and e-commerce platform company selling shared hosting, managed WordPress VPS and hourly cloud servers alongside its shopping-mall SaaS product.

Hosting that grew into a shopping-mall platform.

Cafe24 is a Seoul-based company registered as a hosting business (business registration 118-81-20586) that grew into one of Korea’s largest e-commerce SaaS platforms, running both lines from the same brand. The hosting catalogue, published in Korean won, spans entry shared hosting, managed WordPress hosting, WordPress-specific and general-purpose VPS, and an hourly-billed cloud server product. The shopping-mall product, sold separately, lets a merchant run a store without managing a server.

Because Cafe24’s shopping-mall API is public, a body of independent tooling has grown up around it — OAuth client libraries, TypeScript SDKs and backend templates published by outside developers rather than by Cafe24 itself.
