Domains and DNS
Combine filters →A site needs a name before it needs a server, and something has to answer for that name. Both are here because they are one purchase in practice: every registrar runs nameservers, and the operators selling DNS on its own sell registration beside it, so splitting them would make two lists of the same companies. Many also host, which a record says by carrying a hosting category too. This is not the same question as whether a host includes a domain — that is a fact about a hosting plan, this is a fact about a business, and the two lists share two records out of twenty.
16 providers sell domain names or run DNS, listed alphabetically. Across 11 countries, commonest entry price $5 to $15 a month.
