SourceHut
A deliberately minimal git and Mercurial forge with mailing lists, tickets and CI, paid by a flat monthly tier the customer picks.
Patches by mail, and no JavaScript.
SourceHut hosts git and Mercurial repositories alongside mailing lists, bug tracking and continuous integration, with a web interface that runs no JavaScript and a workflow built around patches sent by email. The whole platform is open source, so the hosted service and a self-installed one are the same software.
Worth knowing
The three tiers — €4, €8 and €12 a month — carry identical features, so the price is a statement about what the service is worth to the customer rather than a ladder of limits. Participating in someone else’s project costs nothing; payment is asked for hosting a project of one’s own, and the pricing page invites anyone who cannot afford it to ask for help instead.
Nothing of a customer’s site runs here, so runtimes, deploy methods and shell access read as not applicable, and no region is offered as a choice.
