Anything
Combine filters →“Anything” means arbitrary processes, which in practice means a server with root rather than a platform with a supported runtime list. The language question stops being interesting and the operational one starts: somebody has to install the runtime, patch it and keep it running, and who manages the operating system is the field that says who. Providers in this group are usually recorded under VPS or bare metal as well.
37 providers run Anything, listed alphabetically. Across 45 countries, commonest entry price under $5 a month. 31 records do not record this field, and cannot appear here either way. For 12 the question does not apply.
