## Notes

Your.Online is a Dutch group formed in 2017 and backed by the family office Strikwerda Investments, assembled by acquiring hosting, domain and digital-trust companies across Europe. It merged with Total Webhosting Solutions in 2023, which is how Gandi came into the group. The brands are run separately: the group states a buy-and-hold strategy under which each company keeps its own customers, team, product and name.

Nine of its [brands](https://your.online/brands) have records here, four of them still stubs. It sells no hosting under the Your.Online name, which is why it appears beside the register rather than in it.
