Stackhero is a French platform-as-a-service offering dozens of managed open-source services — PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus — alongside Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby and Docker application stacks, in either a European or a United States region with backups kept in the EU. It is ISO 27001 certified and states plainly that it operates under French and European law.
Worth knowing
Prices are published one service at a time rather than in a single table: each service carries a pricing page of its own with a monthly figure and its hourly equivalent, as the GitLab service’s pricing page shows, and the home page carries none. Billing is hourly and arrives as one monthly invoice, so what a stack costs is the sum of the services running in it.
