Stackhero

Stackhero is a French platform-as-a-service offering more than fifty managed open-source services — PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus — alongside Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby and Docker application stacks, in either a European or a United States region with backups kept in the EU. It is ISO 27001 certified and states plainly that it operates under French and European law.

Criterion 3 — public pricing — could not be satisfied. The site describes hourly billing consolidated into a single monthly invoice, but publishes no figure for any service on the pages reachable without an account. Searched: the homepage, the services overview and the pricing links from both.

This is a bounded search rather than a finding that no price exists — the figures may sit behind a service configurator this session could not reach. A published price for any single service would be enough to list it, and the rest of the record is already in good shape: the runtime list, the regions, the jurisdiction and the certification are all documented.
