Emergent

An AI builder that generates a full-stack application from a natural-language prompt and deploys it to its own infrastructure.

Prompt in, a FastAPI-and-React app out.

Emergent turns a natural-language description into a working web or mobile application. The agent generates a React or Next.js frontend over a FastAPI backend and a MongoDB database, and it can deploy the result to a live URL on Emergent’s own infrastructure without the customer configuring a server. GitHub integration syncs the generated code out of the platform, so the code can be downloaded, changed and hosted elsewhere; nothing about it is locked to Emergent’s runtime.

Usage runs on a credit balance that a monthly plan tops up. The pricing page lists a free tier and paid tiers from Standard upward, and generating an app, running its AI features and keeping a deployment live all draw on the same credits; the deployment tutorial prices a running deployment as a monthly credit charge on top of whatever building it used.

Worth knowing

The credit system makes the plan price a floor rather than a fixed cost: a deployed app keeps drawing credits every month it stays live, separately from whatever credits building or editing it used. The free tier’s monthly allowance is under what a single ongoing deployment costs, so a small app that stays online in practice needs a paid plan.
