Bearstech

Bearstech is a SCOP — a French worker cooperative in which employees hold the entire capital and vote on salaries, hiring and strategy — operating from Paris since 2004. It provides managed operations for open-source stacks including PHP, Python, Node.js, Rails, Django and Kubernetes, on French data centres running renewable energy, and will also operate infrastructure the client already owns.

Criterion 3 — public pricing — fails. No price for any offer appears anywhere on the site. Every engagement routes to “Demander un devis”, a telephone number or an email address, and a quote is not a price.

This is a genuine and distinctive company, and the rejection says nothing about its quality — only that it is a service business sold by conversation rather than a purchasable hosting product. That is a real category, and this dataset does not cover it. Publishing a rate card for any single managed offer would be enough to list it.
